Client Success Executive — Oshan Academy
₹10,000–15,000/month + ₹1,000 per client closed.
You'll be the first voice a lead hears — and the person who stays with them until they say yes. Not a script-reader. Not a one-call closer. Someone who builds real trust over multiple touches.
Your day:
- Call new leads. Qualify them. Book them for a sales call.
- Follow up with leads who didn't answer or need more time.
- Send reminders before every scheduled call — no-shows kill revenue.
- Stay in touch with leads still deciding. Answer their questions. Keep them warm.
- Update every call, every lead, every status in our CRM.
- When a lead closes, you earn ₹1,000. Simple.
What we need:
- Clear spoken English. You can hold a real conversation, not just read lines.
- 1+ year in telecalling, appointment setting, or client follow-up.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Patient enough to follow up 5 times without sounding annoyed.
- Organized. You're tracking 30+ leads at different stages, every day.
Bonus if:
You've worked in coaching, consulting, or education sales before.
