Looking for an exciting opportunity in Customer Support? We are hiring Freshers & Experienced candidates for our UAE Voice Process in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bangalore
🕐 Shift: Rotational Shifts
🌍 Process: UAE – Voice Process
🗣️ Languages: English & Hindi
💰 Salary:
• Freshers – ₹25,000
• Experienced – ₹28,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system/CRM.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain required quality standards and customer satisfaction levels.
• Meet performance metrics such as Quality, AHT, CSAT & Adherence.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
