We are looking for Customer Service Executive ( Work From Home)
We are hiring Customer Service Associate (Voice + Chat/Email) for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity.
Salary Budget
- CTC: 15,000-17,000 or 18,000 25,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)
Job Profile
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Login Hours: 9 hours
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Roles Profile
- Responsible for Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Responsible for Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Responsible for Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
- English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must have: (Must Have)
- Laptop with Intel Core i3 or i5 processor
- Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
- Power Backup (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work
