We're Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager – Rental Services
Are you great at building relationships and solving problems on the fly? We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to be the glue between property owners, tenants, and property managers — keeping rental operations smooth and everyone happy.
🔑 What you'll do:
👉 Owners: Be their go-to contact — share occupancy & rent updates, resolve concerns, and manage agreement renewals.
👉 Tenants: Handle queries, complaints, onboarding, move-ins/move-outs, and rent follow-ups.
👉 Property Managers: Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
👉 CRM: Maintain accurate records of owners, tenants, and properties; log interactions; generate reports.
🎯 Recruitment Process: 3 rounds of interviews — Company Recruiter → Leadership Staff → Sales Leader.
