About The Role
- For SUNTEL Global, we are seeking an individual with strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of professional email writing. The ideal candidate should be confident, detail-oriented & able to handle communication tasks efficiently in the night shift.
Location : Kalyaninagar Pune
Shift Time : US Shift (8pm - 6am)
Industry: US Mortgage / International Client Services

Position: Client Account Manager
Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong confidence in handling international/US clients
- Experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or client coordination
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
Good problem-solving and escalation-handling skills
Experience in the US mortgage industry/process will be an added advantage
Willingness to work according to US business hours, if required
