Location - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Industry - Honeycomb Sandwich Panels for Railways, Aerospace and Export market.
Responsibilities:
· Should process knowledge of Import & Export Business
· Knowledge of Custom Clearance (Verification of BOE and Shipping Bills)
· Arrangement & Reconciliation of Monthly BOE, Shipping Bills and Commercial Invoices
· Knowledge of handling transaction of any business with Forwarding agent and CHA for import or export of goods.
· Should be proficient and familiar with the Country of Origin, Trade Agreements on the DGFT website
· Tendering & Estimation, Contract Cell, Vendor Development & Business Development.
· Review of RFQ, Scope of work, Technical Bid Evaluation, Techno-commercial proposal, Online Tender Submission, Reverse Auction, Vendor Registration etc.
· Monitoring of Material Requirements in production Vs consumptions. Tracking Sheet to be maintained for actions.
· Responsible to Source, Negotiate and Purchase Materials & Services from domestic vendors which includes metal sheets(aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel), adhesives, laminates, packaging material, machinery parts etc.
· Processing order approval as per the Management workflow. Creation of Purchase order, processing approval and issuing to vendors post approval.
· Follow up of orders with Expediting team as and when required with vendors to ensure that material is delivered on time as per the project requirement.
· Vendor development for alternate source of supply and service.
Requirements:
· Candidate should possess Degree in Diploma/Engineering/MBA will be an added advantage.
· Should have minimum of 2 years’ experience in Procurement / Supply Chain. Freshers with good academic background and qualification will be considered.
· Should have excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills, timely decision making and dealing with ambiguity.
