Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound pre-sales queries via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding customers on appropriate product selection
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagement
- Achieve individual sales targets by converting enquiries into successful purchases
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to enhance the customer experience
- Manage post-sales queries including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and resolutions within internal systems.
Requirements:
- 2- 4 years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, customer support, or inside sales
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Experience in luxury /premium ecommerce or consumer products is preferred
- Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail
