Jr. Client Servicing Executive — MX Advertising
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: 1+ years in an advertising agency
We're looking for a Jr. Client Servicing Executive to join our client servicing team. You'll be the day-to-day link between our clients and our internal teams and also supporting senior account leads on larger mandates while independently handling a few smaller accounts of your own. This is a role for someone who wants to learn & grow in a full-service agency environment.
What you’ll do:
· Independently manage day-to-day servicing on a set of smaller client accounts — you'll be the primary point of contact
· Support Account Executives and Managers on larger accounts and campaigns
· Take client briefs, translate them into clear internal briefs, and follow through with creative and social teams until delivery
· Track timelines and deliverables across multiple projects; flag delays before they become problems
· Prepare meeting notes, status reports, campaign trackers, and end-of-month reports
· Coordinate approvals, feedback loops, and revisions between clients and internal teams
· Assist with social media content calendars, campaign rollouts, and moment-marketing opportunities for client brands
· Do groundwork for pitches and presentations — competitor research, reference gathering, deck support
· Build strong working relationships with client-side counterparts
What we're looking for:
· 1–2 years of experience as client servicing or account management in an agency setup
· Strong written & spoken English — run a status call, discuss timeline, handle feedback etc.
· Comfortable with PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and reporting formats
· Understanding of social media platforms and what makes content work on them
· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts
