Client Servicing Executive (SEO/Digital Marketing)
📍 Location: Noida (work from office only)
💼 Experience: 1+ years
Timings- 10 am to 7 pm
NP- Max 15 days
What we're looking for:
✅ MBA candidate with 1+ years of experience in Client Servicing or Project Coordination
✅ Prior experience in a Digital Marketing or SEO Agency
✅ Experience managing SEO or digital marketing projects
✅ Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing services
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own daily communications via Basecamp, email, and calls
2. Actively follow up on pending tasks and ensure internal accountability
3. Manage client updates, meeting coordination, and escalation handling
4. Ensure timely reporting, track deliverables, and facilitate weekly status sharing.
5. Proactively communicate campaign delays, wins, and risks
6. Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Design teams to align on delivery
