We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquiries for spare parts
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries
- Provide professional customer service and after-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Understand and assist with import/export processes and documentation
- Communicate with overseas suppliers/customers when required
- Maintain customer records and follow up on potential sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or knowledge in spare parts sales
- Good sales and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of import/export procedures and documentation
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working from our Ahmedabad office
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
Candidates with experience in spare parts, international trade, import/export, sales coordination, or customer service will be preferred.
