We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service, this role is perfect for you! Freshers are welcome to apply.
📍 Location: Whitefiled, Bengaluru, India
⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office- 9 am to 6 pm day shift ( Monday to Friday ). Sat & Sun fixed off.
💼 Role: Customer Care Executive (Female)
What You'll Do:
🎯 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
📝 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
🤝 Maintain positive relationships with customers
📋 Document customer interactions and feedback
🔄 Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
🙌 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
✅ Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude
✅ Ability to work under pressure and multitask
✅ Basic computer skills (MS Office)
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
