Role Description The Customer Care Executive will handle daily customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support through phone, email, and other communication channels. This full-time role involves resolving issues, processing orders, managing returns or exchanges, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. The executive will follow up on customer feedback, maintain accurate records in the customer service system, and coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to address customer needs. The role also includes explaining product details, guiding customers on selections, and promoting a positive brand experience. This is an on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with the local team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities focused on Customer Satisfaction and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to assist with upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Ability to handle high volumes of queries with patience and professionalism.
- Comfort with using customer service software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
- Prior experience in retail, food, or e-commerce customer service is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
