Houssed.com is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
- Role: Customer Care Executive
What you’ll do:
- Talk to customers and understand their property requirements.
- Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Identify customers who are genuinely interested in buying or exploring properties.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on calls
- Good follow-up skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Experience in customer care, telecalling or lead generation will be preferred
