Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven CSR & Institutional Fundraising Lead to drive revenue growth
through corporate, foundation, and ESG partnerships. In this role, you will engage CSR Heads, design
high-quality proposals and budgets, set fundraising strategies, and lead a team to hit targets. You
will also oversee project compliance, reporting, and audits for funded programs. The ideal candidate
holds a degree in Social Work, brings 2+ years of CSR fundraising experience, and possesses
excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead institutional fundraising and manage long-term CSR and foundation partnerships
* Engage and manage relationships with CSR Heads, ESG leaders, CXOs, and trustees
* Develop high-quality proposals, budgets, MoUs, research strategies and partnership
agreements
* Provide strategic oversight of donor-funded programs, ensuring timelines, compliance, and
impact
* Lead donor communication, reporting, audits, and impact reviews
* Developing fundraising strategies, managing team and meeting targets.
Skills Required:
Good Communication skills required
Must possess documentation, presentation and reporting skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Eligibility:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Social Work
2+ years of experience in corporate/CSR partnerships, institutional fundraising, and the
development sector.
