We are Hiring for a leading Not for Profit organization based at Dadar, Mumbai.
Position : CSR Fund Raising /Business Development Specialist.
Location : Dadar, Mumbai Maharashtra.
Experience : 1 to 5 years in CSR fund raising.
Role Description . This position is responsible for planning, developing, and executing fundraising strategies to support corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential donors and partners, preparing proposals and presentations, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating events and activities, tracking fundraising performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align CSR programs with organizational goals. The specialist will be expected to handle inquiries professionally, ensure a positive experience for donors and partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CSR fundraising processes.
Identify 20-25 CSR Prospect per month.
Build and maintain an updated CSR donor and partner database.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, linkedin and networking platforms.
Generate and qualify leads for the fundraising and partnership team.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the fundraising lead.
Track all leads, conversations and progress in CRM.
Research companies CSR focus area, funding patterns.
Prepare outreach messages, proposals and presentations.
Maintain professional communication and relationship management with donors.
Assist in achieving monthly fundraising and partnership targets.
Support during CSR meetings, events presentations and partnership discussions.
Collaborate with social media and branding teams for CSR engagement activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree-Business/Marketing or related field.
Strong Communication- English, Marathi, Hindi.
Basic knowledge of CSR and Corporate Partnerships.
Proficient in MS Office, word, powerpoint, Canva.
Good research, presentation and relationship building skills.
Self motivated and professional attitude.
