As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and relationship-driven Creator Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Specialist who can turn meaningful collaborations into impactful brand conversations.

Your Day at Deyga Will Include:
- Discovering and collaborating with influencers, content creators, and digital personalities who align with Deyga's brand identity.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with creators across beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and wellness categories.
- Planning and executing creative influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Identifying emerging creators and spotting social media trends before they become mainstream.
- Managing influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, content briefs, and campaign timelines.
- Working closely with creators to develop authentic, engaging, and high-performing content.
- Coordinating influencer gifting, PR packages, product seeding, and experiential brand activities.
- Tracking campaign performance, engagement, reach, conversions, and overall influencer ROI.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table that make Deyga stand out in the creator ecosystem.
What We Look For:
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, creator trends, and the evolving digital landscape.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify the right creators for the right campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building and campaign management skills.
- An understanding of influencer analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Someone who is proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital storytelling.
