Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, organised and execution-focused Senior Executive – Creative & Content to support House of Chikankari's creative expression across website, shoots, social and retention channels.
The role will work closely with the Brand, D2C, CRM, Social and Revenue teams to translate business and campaign requirements into high-quality, on-brand creative.
This person should have strong visual taste, understand fashion/lifestyle content, be comfortable managing shoots and production partners, and understand how creative needs differ across website, social, CRM and performance channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Direction & Brand Consistency
- Support the Creative & Content Manager in maintaining HOC's visual identity across customer touchpoints.
- Translate campaign and product briefs into creative concepts and visual directions.
- Develop moodboards, references, layouts, visual treatments and creative briefs.
- Ensure all creative output follows HOC's brand guidelines.
- Review creative execution from designers, photographers, videographers and external partners.
- Build a strong understanding of HOC's aesthetic, customer and product storytelling.
2. Website Creative & Content
Own day-to-day creative execution for the website in collaboration with the D2C/E-commerce team.
Responsibilities include:
- Homepage banners and creative
- Collection/launch banners
- Product and collection storytelling
- Campaign landing pages
- Website merchandising creatives
- Promotional creatives
- Visual content for new launches
- Coordinating with designers/developers to ensure assets are uploaded correctly
- Ensuring website content is visually consistent and commercially relevant
D2C owns website performance and conversion; this role owns creative execution.
3. Website & Product Shoots
Support and coordinate shoots required for website and digital commerce.
Pre-shoot:
- Understand SKU and asset requirements from D2C/Buying.
- Prepare moodboards and visual references.
- Create shot lists.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, makeup artists and production partners.
- Ensure all required products and samples are available.
During shoot:
- Ensure the approved creative direction is followed.
- Ensure required website/product shots are captured.
- Coordinate additional social/CRM assets where required.
- Identify missing shots and assets in real time.
Post-shoot:
- Coordinate editing and retouching.
- Manage asset selection and approvals.
- Ensure final assets are delivered within timelines.
- Organise and maintain the digital asset library.
4. Retention Creative
Work with the CRM/Retention team to create high-quality content for:
- WhatsApp
- Email
- SMS
- Push notifications
- Win-back campaigns
- Repeat customer campaigns
- New customer journeys
- VIP/customer campaigns
- Festive and promotional communication
Responsibilities:
- Translate CRM briefs into creative concepts.
- Develop visual direction and content treatments.
- Coordinate design and copy execution.
- Ensure retention communication remains premium and brand-led.
- Create variations for different customer segments and campaigns.
CRM owns retention strategy and revenue; this role owns the creative execution.
5. Social & Content Support
- Support the Social team with creative assets for reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
- Repurpose shoot assets across multiple channels.
- Identify opportunities to create social-first content during website/product shoots.
- Support content production for launches, campaigns and cultural moments.
- Maintain consistency between social, website and CRM communication.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in creative/content roles.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, D2C or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of fashion imagery and visual storytelling.
- Good eye for composition, styling, typography and aesthetics.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots.
- Comfortable working with photographers, designers, videographers and agencies.
- Understanding of website/e-commerce creative requirements.
- Understanding of email/WhatsApp/CRM creative.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and digital content formats.
- Excellent project management and follow-through.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple launches and deadlines.
