Requirements:

Lead creative direction across branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media.
Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Shape and maintain the company’s brand identity, visual language, and creative standards.
Translate complex AEC and data center concepts into clear and engaging visual stories.
Provide creative direction and lead 3D animators, designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to drive creative projects from concept to execution.
Review and ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across all creative deliverables.
Stay updated on design, branding, digital marketing, and emerging creative trends.
Explore AI-powered creative tools and new approaches to improve creative workflows and output.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Branding, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience leading creative projects and providing direction to design teams.
Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, layout, and design principles.
Excellent creative, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work independently.
Ability to edit graphics and create visually appealing, high-quality content independently is a huge plus.
Experience working with US-based companies or clients is a plus.
Experience in AEC, engineering, construction, data centers, or B2B industries is a strong plus.
Experience with AI-assisted design and creative tools is preferred.
