Role Description This full-time Creative Designer role is an on-site position based in Chennai. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and execute designs for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media creatives, presentations, and web interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, translating briefs into design solutions, refining brand visuals, and maintaining design consistency across channels. The role involves preparing production-ready files, iterating based on feedback, and staying updated on design trends and best practices. The Creative Designer will also contribute to brainstorming sessions and support brand campaigns with original, high-impact visuals.
Qualifications
- Strong Creative Design abilities with a focus on concept development and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and image editing.
- Experience in Branding, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across assets.
- Hands-on skills in Web Design, including responsive layouts and user-focused visual interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software).
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing recent work is required.
