Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
Conduct campus tours and explain university facilities and academic offerings.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during the admission process.
Assist students in completing application forms and document verification.
Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer relationship management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the education sector.
Knowledge of university admission processes.
Ability to communicate in English and Hindi.
Team player with a positive attitude.
