Role Description The Content Writer at Metrics Minds will create and refine clear, engaging content for Socail Media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry topics, developing content outlines, drafting copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives. The role involves collaborating with marketing, HR, and other service teams to support business transformation initiatives through effective written communication. The Content Writer will also review and proofread materials for accuracy and consistency, and contribute to content strategy planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong Socail media Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research to support data-informed, goal-oriented content planning.
- Proficient in Proofreading, with attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Excellent command of English and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
- Interest in business transformation, HR, leadership development, or counseling-related domains is beneficial.
