Full-Time | Remote – India | UK Working Hours
You'll be based remotely in India and work closely with a UK-based team supporting clients across the US.
We’re looking for a creative and organised Content & Recruitment Marketing Assistant to join our team, supporting recruitment campaigns for a portfolio of US-based clients.
The main focus of the role is writing and content. You’ll help us create candidate outreach campaigns, job advertisements and branded content, while also supporting some of the day-to-day recruitment work behind those campaigns.
Content & Copy
A large part of your week will involve:
- Writing candidate outreach and follow-up email campaigns
- Creating and improving job advertisements
- Adapting copy for different clients, roles and US markets
- Writing candidate-facing communications such as interview invitations and reminders
- Researching job titles and helping identify stronger ways to position vacancies
- Reviewing existing content and suggesting improvements
- Helping maintain a consistent but distinct tone across different client brands
- Design & Branding
You’ll also help with the visual side of our communication, including:
- Creating and formatting email designs
- Producing simple social media graphics and recruitment content
- Working with Canva or similar design platforms
- Helping improve the overall presentation and branding of candidate communications
- Recruitment Support
This isn't purely a writing position. At times, you'll also support the recruitment team with tasks such as:
- Screening resumes against role requirements
- Reviewing applications
- Organising candidate information
- Assisting with job posting and ad management
- Researching candidates, markets or recruitment platforms
- Other recruitment administration when required
- What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English and a strong understanding of tone, grammar and persuasive writing
- Previous experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing or a similar field
- A good eye for design and visual presentation
- Experience with Canva or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and industries
- Organised enough to balance creative work with administrative tasks
- Able to work independently and take feedback well
- Available full-time, working predominantly UK business hours
Experience with job advertising, recruitment marketing, LinkedIn, job boards, email marketing or recruitment would be a significant advantage.
What Would Make Someone Really Good at This Role?
We need someone who can do more than follow instructions.
You might be asked to write an outreach email, review why a job ad isn't performing, create a graphic for a client, and then help screen resumes for a new position — sometimes all within the same day.
We're looking for someone who is creative but organised, has good judgement, learns quickly and is comfortable suggesting a better approach when they see one.
To apply, please send your CV along with examples of any writing, copy, email campaigns, social media content or design work you've created.
