Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing teams in day to day marketing execution, customer testimonial initiatives and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate between the Sales and Marketing teams for day to day requirements and activities.
• Support customer testimonial initiatives by coordinating with sales teams and branches.
• Conduct basic training and provide guidance to sales teams on the testimonial process.
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely collection and submission of customer testimonials.
• Maintain and update trackers related to marketing activities, testimonials and sales engagement.
• Prepare basic reports and share regular updates on activity progress and pending actions.
• Support digital marketing activities such as content coordination, social media amplification and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing requirements wherever required.
• Support the Marketing team in execution of on ground initiatives and other day to day activities.
Skills Required
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Good follow up and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with sales teams and managing multiple activities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
