We’re hiring a Content Lead / Content Brain.
And honestly, this is not for someone who just wants to make a content calendar, schedule 12 posts and say, “This month’s content is done.” 😭
We want someone who is genuinely content-paglu.
Someone whose brain is always thinking:
Can this be content?
Why did this video work?
Why did this brand suddenly blow up?
Can we do this differently?
What if we just try this completely crazy idea?
We are a 3-year-old brand and currently at around 10K followers.
The target?
Can we reach 50K organically by March 2027?
We genuinely believe we can.
But to do that, we don't need someone who just manages social media.
We need someone who can ideate, research, obsess, execute, test, fail, learn and do it all again.
Someone who can work with our Social Media Manager and Video Editor, collaborate with everyone in the company, find stories hiding in everyday things and turn them into content.
Someone who can sometimes even pick up the camera and shoot something themselves because the idea is too good to wait for next week. 😂
We respect what brands like Gully Labs and Desi Minimals have done consistently on social media. They are competitors, but good work deserves respect.
Now we want to build our own thing.
Our advantage is that we have an in-house studio and an office-in-residence in Kolkata.
So if you have a wild idea, we don't want to spend 45 days making a PowerPoint presentation about it.
Let's shoot it. Let's post it. Let's see what happens.
Organic content for us is about reach, engagement and building a brand people actually want to follow.
Ads are a different game. Ads need to generate revenue.
Yes, we can do founder videos and all sorts of content. But please don't come and tell us the answer is another generic GRWM video that every D2C brand is already making. 😭
If you know content and ads, you know what we're talking about.
We are seriously looking for someone who has worked with the best—or knows what best-in-class looks like—and genuinely believes they are crazy good at this job.
If you constantly research content, ideate randomly, save posts, analyse why things went viral and see content everywhere you go...
