TopSpeech Health builds digital speech articulation and education platforms, including Rollr Academy and specialized lisp correction programs. We are moving beyond basic text-based instruction by visualizing the precise, mechanical movements of speech. Our mission is to make clinical-grade speech therapy accessible, intuitive, and highly visual.
The Role
We are looking for a highly autonomous Motion Designer and Content Strategist who can produce clinical, analytical, and highly engaging short-form content. You will not just be a video editor taking orders; you will be a core strategic partner.
You will be responsible for translating complex speech mechanics—such as tongue posture, jaw alignment, and airway dynamics—into beautiful, easy-to-understand 3D and 2D visual breakdowns. You will take high-level visions, collaborate with our clinical advisory team to ensure anatomical accuracy, and fill in the creative gaps to independently execute content that drives user acquisition and elevates our in-app experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Concept, script, storyboard, animate, and edit 30- to 60-second analytical reels focusing on the mechanics of speech (e.g., rhotacism correction, lisp mechanics).
- Asset Creation & Management: Build and maintain a reusable library of 3D anatomical models (vocal tract, hard palate, tongue) that can be utilized across social media marketing and directly integrated into our mobile applications.
- Strategic Direction: Pitch content ideas and marketing angles. You will actively look for ways to visually communicate our value proposition so users immediately understand why our specialized software outperforms generic AI tools.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work directly with our engineering team and practicing Speech-Language Pathologist advisors to ensure all anatomical animations are clinically precise and pedagogically effective.
- Visual Identity: Establish and maintain a strict, premium visual standard (clean typography, clinical aesthetic, precise motion tracking) across all video outputs.
Required Skill Set
- 3D Generalist Skills: Proficiency in Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya. You must be able to source, texture, rig, and animate basic human anatomy, specifically focusing on the mouth, jaw, and vocal tract.
- Advanced Motion Graphics & Compositing: Mastery of Adobe After Effects. Ability to track footage, pin analytical vectors, and seamlessly integrate 3D models over live-action video of speakers.
- Video Editing & Pacing: Expertise in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro. You must understand how to pace short-form content for maximum retention, utilizing sharp cuts, dynamic zooms, and engaging sound design.
- Clinical Storytelling: Exceptional ability to distill dense, mechanical, or medical information into compelling, easy-to-digest visual hooks.
- Prompt Engineering & AI Tools: Familiarity with integrating AI workflows (e.g., generating reference imagery, using AI voiceovers if necessary, or utilizing advanced rotoscoping/tracking AI) to maximize production speed.

- The "Gap Filler": You do not need a step-by-step storyboard for every video. Given a topic like "The mechanics of the American R sound," you can independently research the anatomy, write a compelling hook, and build the visual sequence.
- Startup Mindset: You thrive in a zero-to-one environment. You prioritize building reusable asset pipelines over starting from scratch every time, maximizing output without sacrificing the premium aesthetic.
- Strategic Thinker: You care about conversion, not just view counts. You understand how an Instagram Reel connects to a software trial, and you design content that deliberately solves user objections and showcases product value.
- Detail-Obsessed: You have a clinical eye for design. You care about typography spacing, audio leveling, and the exact physical accuracy of an animation.
