Social Media Content Creator Intern — BANOC

Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 days a week
Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Successful interns may also have the opportunity to receive a full-time placement offer with BANOC based on their performance during the internship.
About the Role
BANOC, a sister company of Big Tekk Technologies, is looking for a Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our brand-new, growing team.
This is not a role where you'll simply be given content to post. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our social media content — from thinking of the idea, creating the concept and script, shooting the content, editing it, and finally posting it.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves social media, understands what works on Instagram, is comfortable experimenting with trends and, most importantly, is comfortable being in front of the camera.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Take ownership of content end-to-end — from idea to posting
- Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, scripts and content ideas
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, memes, formats and trending audio
- Shoot Reels and other short-form content
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and presenting content
- Edit videos and prepare them for Instagram
- Write captions and create engaging posts
- Publish and manage content on BANOC's social media channels
- Experiment with different content formats and ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Work closely with the team to build BANOC's social media presence from the ground up
- Participate in product launches, campaigns and upcoming brand initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1,000 followers on Instagram
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Comfortable being on camera
- Good sense of trends, humour and internet culture
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with ideas independently
- Willingness to experiment, learn and take ownership
- Previous content creation experience is a plus
