📱 Content: Meta Ads + Organic Social
We’re looking for a creative storyteller who knows how to make people stop scrolling.
You’ll work directly with the Founder to turn ideas, brand stories, customer insights and everyday moments into authentic, high-performing short-form content.
What you’ll do
- Create 3 scroll-stopping reels every day
- Work closely with the Founder on concepts, hooks & storytelling
- Shoot + edit content for Meta Ads and organic social
- Tell authentic stories that make the brand feel human and relatable
- Create Founder-led, UGC-style, product, educational & trend-based content
- Experiment constantly to find what gets attention and what converts
We’re looking for someone who
- Understands hooks, storytelling & short-form content
- Can shoot + edit independently
- Has a strong sense of what feels authentic—not overproduced
- Moves fast from idea → shoot → edit → publish
- Understands Instagram culture and emerging content formats
Big plus: Experience with D2C, beauty, haircare or skincare brands.
This is not just an editing role. You’ll help shape how the Founder and the brand tell their story online.
