About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, informative, and platform-friendly content for our digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and short-form content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop concepts and ideas for Reels, short videos, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Write creative captions, scripts, hooks, and social media copy.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Participate in video shoots and confidently present content on camera when required.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.
- Stay updated with emerging content trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and short-form video concepts.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage.
- Strong research and content ideation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
