Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily AR operations including cash and debt management.
- Monitor outstanding debts and ensure prompt collection of overdue payments.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes or payment discrepancies in coordination with internal departments.
- Prepare regular reports including monthly debtors’ reports, collection status updates and aged debt analysis to manager.
- Support month-end closing activities related to AR including account reconciliation and journal postings.
- Assist in audit activities by providing documentation and explanations related to receivables.
Experience
- Proven experience in account receivables with at least 3+ years of experience
- trong understanding of credit risk management and cash collection strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
