Ozone Tourism & Travel is seeking an experienced Reservation & Ticketing Executive for a full-time, permanent position.
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years
💰 Salary: Based on experience and industry standards

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations
- Create PNRs, issue and reissue tickets, and process refunds
- Manage cancellations, amendments and flight disruptions
- Assist with hotels, transfers, tours and itinerary planning
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate booking and payment records
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international airfares
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
