• Develop detailed method statements and work procedures for complex construction activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with construction methods.
• Develop and implement lifting plans for all crane operations, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate the selection and mobilization of appropriate cranes and lifting equipment for each lift.
• Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the lifting area is safe for operations.
• Ensure the load charts and lifting capacities of cranes are fully understood and adhered to during the planning and execution stages.
