Role Description The Site Supervisor internship role at Artem Clava is an on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day site activities, including coordinating mural installation schedules, assisting artists with on-site requirements, and monitoring progress to ensure work is completed according to design and quality standards. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, maintaining site documentation, and helping manage materials, equipment, and safety practices. The Site Supervisor intern will also assist in resolving basic on-site issues, ensuring timelines are met, and providing regular status updates to project leads.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks on-site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with artists, clients, and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of project or site supervision, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness at the site.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, adapt to dynamic situations, and support a creative work environment.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools) is an advantage.
- Educational background in art, design, architecture, project management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or exposure to construction, interiors, art installations, or site coordination is a plus.
