Role Description The Project Engineer – Audio Video and CCTV is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and CCTV projects, including site surveys, system design support, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Engineer will manage installation activities, supervise technicians, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing project documentation, tracking progress against timelines, supporting procurement of materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders to address technical queries, provide status updates, and support smooth handover and post-installation support.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years engineering Diploma.
Experiance : Minimum 2 year Experiance in AV field.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and system layouts for audio-video and CCTV installations.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, technicians, and cross-functional teams, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant experience in audio-video systems, CCTV, security systems, or building services engineering is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Hands-on familiarity with AV equipment, CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, cabling, and networking basics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced project environment.
