Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Aided Design (CAD) Draftsman role based in Sangli. The CAD Draftsman will create and update 2D and 3D CAD models, modify drawings based on feedback from engineering and production teams, and maintain organized drawing records. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineers on design feasibility, incorporating revisions, and supporting the production floor with clear, detailed drawings. The role also requires adherence to quality and safety guidelines and timely delivery of all drafting work.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for industrial components.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Engineering Drawings and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD,Autodesk 360, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tolerances, etc
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering, quality, and production teams.
