- Experience: 10–18 years in Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (Manufacturing sector mandatory)
- Technical Skills: SAP HR / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / Darwinbox, Advanced Excel, Power BI, HR Analytics, Statutory Compliance
- Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder management, process excellence
