Bachelor's degree in social services, health administration, nursing, public health or related field; 3+ years healthcare experience; experience with incident reporting, risk management, auditing, EHRs, RCA/FMEA; strong organizational and writing skills; ability to travel to other COH sites; proof of required vaccinations including Flu.
