Hem Securities Ltd. is looking for an experienced RMS professional to join our team and play a key role in monitoring and managing trading risks across Capital Markets.
📍 Location: Jaipur / Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🏢 Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of Exchange-level limits across Cash, F&O & Currency
• Risk management of Cash, F&O, Currency & Commodity segments during market hours
• Managing branch limits in ODIN and processing daily limit files
• Monitoring and coordinating with branches for F&O shortages
• Monitoring suspicious activities through NSE Surveillance Dashboard
• Brokerage release processing for Authorized Persons & Remisers
• Monitoring and squaring-off positions as per RMS guidelines
• Follow-up of client debits and outstanding obligations
• Identifying potential risks and ensuring timely escalation and control
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–5 years of experience in RMS / Stock Broking Operations
✔ Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Derivatives & Commodities
✔ Good knowledge of RMS policies, margins, limits and exposure monitoring
✔ Hands-on experience with ODIN or similar RMS platforms
✔ Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work effectively during live market hours
