We are looking for an experienced risk management professional to join our Risk Management Department at the Corporate Office, Mumbai. The role will focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), regulatory risk governance, business continuity management, liquidity risk, and implementation of emerging regulatory guidelines.
The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening the organization's risk framework, driving compliance with regulatory expectations, and facilitating enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.
- Manage and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF).
- Monitor emerging regulatory and supervisory guidelines and assess their impact on the organization.
- Lead implementation of new regulatory requirements and risk management initiatives.
- Coordinate with business and functional teams for framework rollouts, policy updates, gap assessments, and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
- Support ICAAP, Liquidity Risk Management, MLTF, stress testing, and enterprise risk reporting.
- Plan and execute Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Business Continuity Testing activities.
- Develop risk dashboards, management reports, and presentations for senior management and committees.
- Facilitate risk awareness and governance initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in policy formulation, review, and enhancement of risk governance practices.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF)
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Governance
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- ICAAP / Liquidity Risk
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring
- Experience in interpreting and implementing new regulatory guidelines.
- Proven ability to independently drive department-wide risk initiatives and framework implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA, FRM, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
- Professional Risk Certifications such as:
- FRM (GARP)
- PRM
- Certificate in Operational Risk Management
- Enterprise Risk Management Certifications
- Other recognized risk management qualifications
Important Note
Candidates with primary experience in Credit Risk, Credit Underwriting, Retail Credit, or Credit Monitoring alone may not be suitable for this role. Preference will be given to professionals with significant exposure to Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Risk, Risk Governance, and Risk Framework Implementation.
