Community Moderator — Elite Founders Network (EFN)

About the Role
We're looking for a Community Moderator to help protect the quality of our community. Your job isn't just to enforce rules — it's to maintain the standard of the room. This is a role for someone who exercises judgment independently and communicates with professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Monitor community activity and ensure interactions align with our guidelines
- Review and act on flagged content, spam, and off-brand behavior
- Respond to member reports in a timely, professional manner
- Support the team with periodic community health updates
What We're Looking For
- Prior moderation experience in a professional or private online community
- Strong written communication and independent judgment
- Discretion and professionalism
- Available 5 hrs/week, including occasional weekends/evenings
- Familiar with Slack, Circle, or Discord
