We are looking for ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐ ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ who have strong grassroots/community connections, good local networks, and the ability to independently work in the field for our skill development projects. The role involves community outreach, identification of potential beneficiaries, awareness generation, candidate counselling, and mobilization for ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐.

The Community Mobilizer will conduct grassroots outreach and candidate mobilization across Ahmedabad, identify eligible beneficiaries through local networks and community groups, counsel and mobilize candidates for residential skill development programs, conduct field visits and awareness activities, support documentation, enrollment, verification and onboarding, maintain field records and reports, coordinate with the project team, and independently achieve assigned mobilization targets.
