Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based at the HAIR RAP BY YOYO salon in Ahmedabad. The volunteer will support daily salon operations, including welcoming clients, assisting with appointment coordination, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities may include helping prepare stations for services, managing basic administrative tasks, and supporting the team during busy periods. The role offers exposure to professional hairdressing practices, client service, and the creative environment of a leading salon. Volunteers will work closely with the salon team, learning industry standards and contributing to a positive, respectful atmosphere for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in the salon, beauty, or hairdressing industry and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to stay organized, follow instructions, and support day-to-day operations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to teamwork and customer service.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Ahmedabad.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
