Project Name: Career Counselling , Guidance and Mental Health awareness Project.
Position: Social Worker & Counsellor –
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Thane
Stipend: 22K/Month
Thane Districts. Kalyan,Bhiwandi,Shahapur,Ambarnath,Murbad,Ulhasnagar.

Key Responsibilities
1. School Coordination & Data Collection
o Coordinate with schools, principals, teachers, and relevant stakeholders.
o Facilitate project activities and ensure systematic data collection from participating students.
2. Project Orientation
o Conduct orientation sessions for students, teachers, and relevant school personnel.
o Explain project objectives, processes, assessments, and expected outcomes.
3. Assessment Completion – Supervision & Follow-up
o Facilitate the completion of prescribed assessments.
o Monitor assessment progress and ensure maximum participation and timely completion.
o Conduct follow-ups and resolve basic implementation-related issues.
4. Workshops
o Facilitate/coordinate student-focused workshops as per the approved project modules.
o Ensure proper participation, documentation, and feedback collection.
5. Career Counselling & Mental Health Counselling (Only For Psychologist)
