I’m looking for a **Co-Founder & Strategic Business Partner** to join me in building and scaling a long-term **Dental & Healthcare Digital Ecosystem**.
I am **Dr. Anuran Ghosh Mondal, Dentist**, Founder of **DentistUpgrade.com** and owner of **MediHelp365.com**. I have been building digital platforms and healthcare content initiatives with a vision to create meaningful, scalable businesses in the dental and healthcare space.

### ⚠️ An Important Point — We Are Currently Pre-Revenue
I want to be completely transparent:
**At present, these ventures are not generating meaningful revenue.**
This is an **early-stage opportunity**, and I am looking for someone who understands that we are at the building and growth stage.
The opportunity is not about joining an established profitable company. It is about **building the business together from the current foundation**.
We already have digital assets, websites, content platforms and an established direction. The next challenge is converting these assets into **sustainable revenue and scalable businesses**.

I'm looking for someone who wants to become a **genuine business partner**, not simply a passive investor.
The ideal co-founder would bring a combination of:

You **do not need to be a dentist**.
In fact, I would particularly welcome someone with strong **business, sales, technology or entrepreneurial experience** who can complement my clinical and healthcare background.
### 💰 Investment
The expected initial investment capacity is:
**Minimum: ₹8 Lakhs**
However, I am **not looking for someone simply because they can invest ₹8 lakh**.
The right person should ideally bring **capital + expertise + execution + long-term commitment**.
The investment amount, equity/ownership structure, responsibilities, decision-making authority and other terms will be discussed transparently and mutually agreed upon after evaluating the partner's overall contribution.

The broader vision is to build a specialized ecosystem connecting:
