Role Description The Co-Founder marketing consulting role at TheReachX is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves leading marketing consulting initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies, designing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with clients to define their growth roadmap. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, and supporting sales efforts with clear value propositions and marketing collateral. The Co-Founder will work closely with other leaders to shape the company’s vision, refine service offerings, and build a strong brand presence in target markets. The role also requires mentoring team members, contributing to business development activities, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present strategies, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Marketing skills to design effective campaigns, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess leadership and strategic thinking abilities to contribute as a Co-Founder, set direction, and make informed business decisions.
- Experience in business development, consulting, or related fields, and familiarity with partnership-driven growth models, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is preferred; entrepreneurial experience or prior startup involvement is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, manage multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
