Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Ahmedabad. The Co-Founder will help shape the company’s strategic direction, drive business growth, and oversee core functions such as sales, marketing, and operations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and supporting product and technology decisions to improve the rental platform. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with other leaders to refine the business model, manage key performance metrics, and ensure a strong customer experience. This role also involves representing the company to external stakeholders, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market data, user behavior, and business performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, negotiate with partners, and present ideas clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and support business development efforts.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to shape brand positioning, design growth strategies, and enhance customer acquisition.
- Proven experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments, preferably in real estate, technology, or marketplace platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make data-informed decisions, and take ownership of strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfort with on-site leadership in Ahmedabad and readiness to work in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
