Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of Travel Surity as a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding business development, and coordinating with teams across sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of travel solutions. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and refining service offerings based on customer needs and industry trends. The Co-Founder will also manage budgets and performance metrics, support hiring and team development, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events. Collaboration, decision-making, and hands-on involvement in key projects are central to this position.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to assess market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and client interaction.
- Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a service-oriented environment.
- Marketing skills with knowledge of branding, digital outreach, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
- Ability to work on-site in North Delhi and commit to a full-time leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
