🚀 We’re Looking for a Co-Founder | OneMind Solutions
I’m currently looking for a long-term Co-Founder to join me in building and scaling OneMind Solutions Private Limited.
This is not a salaried job. It is an equity-based founding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to build a business from the ground up.
🔹 What You’ll Work On
- Business Development & Sales
- Client acquisition & strategic partnerships
- Business strategy and growth
- New products, markets & revenue opportunities
- Team building and leadership
- Day-to-day business operations
- Long-term company vision and execution
🔹 Who I’m Looking For
Someone who is:
- Entrepreneurial and highly driven
- Comfortable taking ownership
- Strong in communication, sales & networking
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Interested in technology/startups
- Looking for a long-term partnership, not just a job
Startup, IT, SaaS, fintech, sales or business development experience will be a plus.
💼 Equity Opportunity
There will be no fixed salary initially.
The proposed structure is up to 5% equity after 5 years of continuous contribution and association, subject to performance, mutually agreed milestones and a formal legal/shareholders agreement.
The objective is simple: build together, grow together and share the long-term value created.
