Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in defining the company’s vision, strategy, and growth roadmap, with a focus on ethical and secure AI management. This full-time remote position involves overseeing business development, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating on product and service offerings that align with the company’s mission. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, guiding marketing and sales initiatives, and representing the organization in external communications and stakeholder engagements. The Co-Founder will work closely with other leaders to build the company’s culture, manage resources, and ensure operational efficiency, while regularly evaluating risks and opportunities in the evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical and ethical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of building partnerships, driving revenue, or leading business development.
- Background in marketing, including strategy development, brand positioning, and digital outreach.
- Research skills to analyze AI trends, regulatory developments, and market needs related to ethical AI and cybersecurity.
- Leadership experience in startups, technology, cybersecurity, or AI-related fields is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and digital security frameworks is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, make strategic decisions, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
