Role Description The Founder role at Onpassive IT Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The Founder will be responsible for setting the company vision, defining strategic goals, and guiding the development of AI-driven products and services. Daily activities include leading executive decision-making, building and mentoring leadership teams, overseeing financial and operational performance, and cultivating key partnerships and investor relationships. The role also involves representing the company publicly, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring a strong organizational culture rooted in innovation, ethics, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in founding, leading, or scaling technology-driven organizations, ideally in AI, software, or IT services.
- Strong strategic and business planning skills, including market analysis, product roadmap development, and long-term growth planning.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation trends relevant to modern businesses.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging with investors, partners, and clients.
- Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, fundraising, and overseeing revenue and profitability targets.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajarhat and maintain a hands-on presence in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Relevant academic background in business, technology, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial but not mandatory.
