WE’RE HIRING: CLOSING MANAGER
Suraj Estate Developers Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Closing Manager / Senior Manager / Closing Sales to join our Sales team in Mumbai.
This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives on negotiation, high-ticket closures, customer handling and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Drive the conversion of qualified leads, prospects and site visits into successful bookings and executed agreements.
* Lead critical negotiations involving pricing, financing, offers, upgrades and commercial terms.
* Structure win-win deals while protecting company margins and pricing integrity.
* Present and explain purchase agreements and ensure timely execution and closure.
* Monitor the sales pipeline and identify stalled or high-potential opportunities.
* Track conversion ratios, sales performance and deal movement through CRM/MIS.
* Forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly closures and revenue performance.
* Build strong relationships with prospective buyers throughout the closing process.
👤 What We’re Looking For
* 6–7+ years of experience in high-ticket sales.
* Minimum 3–4 years of relevant real estate closing experience preferred.
* Experience in residential real estate, developer sales, brokerage or commercial real estate will be an advantage.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-management abilities.
* High emotional intelligence and strong customer understanding.
* Ability to remain composed and effective under high-pressure closing situations.
* Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
* MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution preferred.
